This Code of Conduct defines the ethical standards and behavioral guidelines for all Distributors and Users associated with Future Lifecare & Biotech Pvt. Ltd. It ensures a fair, transparent, and respectful business environment.
No medical claims or guaranteed cure/treatment promises may be made while promoting any product. All promotions must align with company guidelines.
Distributors must not engage in misleading promotions, fake testimonials, or unverified claims on any social media platform or public communication channel.
Poaching of other distributors' downline members or encouraging team shifting is strictly prohibited. Every distributor must build their team with fairness.
Promotion or active involvement in competing MLM companies while being a distributor of Future Lifecare & Biotech Pvt. Ltd. is strictly prohibited.
Internal company data, business strategies, pricing structures, or any proprietary information must not be shared with any third party or outside entity.
All distributors must comply with applicable Indian laws including Direct Selling Rules 2021, GST laws, IT Act, and all internal company policies.
The company reserves the right to take corrective or disciplinary action against any distributor at any time without prior notice if misconduct is identified.
